Hi, I’m Lexi — a former Division I pole vaulter, celiac, and now mom who’s always believed that what we eat shapes how we feel. Long before Finn was born, I focused on nourishing my body with real food — through training, through pregnancy, and through every season since. But one thing always felt impossible to find: a treat that felt both indulgent and good for me.
Most ice creams were loaded with sugar, gums, and fillers. So I started experimenting in my kitchen — with organic milk, real eggs, and Vermont maple syrup. No shortcuts. Just honest ingredients and a little protein boost to make every scoop count. What began as a late-night craving turned into a mission: to bring real ice cream back to real people. Today, Finn’s Ice Cream is built on that simple idea — blending the heart of family farming with a love of health and flavor. Every pint celebrates the farmers who make it possible and the families who deserve something better in their freezer.
