HOW IT STARTED

It started with a craving — not for just any ice cream, but for real ice cream.The kind that’s creamy and rich, made from ingredients you can actually pronounce.

Hi, I’m Lexi — a former Division I pole vaulter, celiac, and now mom who’s always believed that what we eat shapes how we feel. Long before Finn was born, I focused on nourishing my body with real food — through training, through pregnancy, and through every season since. But one thing always felt impossible to find: a treat that felt both indulgent and good for me.

Most ice creams were loaded with sugar, gums, and fillers. So I started experimenting in my kitchen — with organic milk, real eggs, and Vermont maple syrup. No shortcuts. Just honest ingredients and a little protein boost to make every scoop count.

What began as a late-night craving turned into a mission:
to bring real ice cream back to real people.

Today, Finn’s Ice Cream is built on that simple idea — blending the heart of family farming with a love of health and flavor. Every pint celebrates the farmers who make it possible and the families who deserve something better in their freezer.

Because the best things in life — like ice cream — are meant to be simple, joyful, and real.

A MISSION WAS BORN

At Finn’s, we believe ice cream should taste like what it’s made of — milk, cream, eggs, and maple syrup. That’s it. Our mission is to keep ice cream real: crafted with honest ingredients, free from industrial gums, fillers, or shortcuts. Because real food doesn’t need fixing — it just needs people who care enough to make it right.

The idea was born in Colorado, but Finn’s Ice Cream found its true home in Vermont — where small farms, clean food, and maple syrup are a way of life. Vermont represents everything we stand for: community, craftsmanship, and connection to the land. Working with local farmers and small producers brought this vision to life, one handshake at a time.

THE QUEST FOR THE BEST

We set out to find partners who care as deeply about quality as we do. We met Vermont dairy farmers raising grass-fed Jersey cows, maple producers who boil syrup over wood fire, and families who believe food should be pure and purposeful. Every ingredient in Finn’s Ice Cream tells that story — of people who choose better, even when it’s harder.

What started as a postpartum craving became something much bigger — a movement for real, nourishing ice cream. After perfecting the recipe and building partnerships with Vermont farms, we set our sights high.

 

Finn’s Ice Cream isn’t taking the small route — we’re launching straight into major retailers across the East Coast, with plans to expand westward soon after. Our mission isn’t just regional — it’s national. Because everyone deserves ice cream that’s clean, protein-rich, and made with real ingredients.

 

What began as a kitchen experiment has become a brand ready to take on shelves across America — one scoop at a time..

Finn's Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

We’re not stopping at the East Coast — we’re just getting started. Our goal is to bring Finn’s Ice Cream to every corner of the country, from Vermont to California and beyond.

 

We’re building a new standard for what ice cream can be: clean, protein-rich, maple-sweetened, and made from real, traceable ingredients. With each new partner, retailer, and customer, we’re proving that indulgence and integrity can live in the same pint.

 

This isn’t just ice cream — it’s a movement. And we’re only getting started.
